If you are interested in participating in the sale remotely, please let us know by filling out this form. We are working on a virtual sale option using Zoom where you can type your bids in as we progress through the sale. Online Sale Interest Form Here! – The cutoff to sign up is 8:00 am the morning of the sale on December 2nd. Signups will not be accepted after that.
Instructions have been sent for online participation, but if you have not received instructions, please check your “All Mail” or “Junk” folders as well. If you are unable to find them, please email dockweilerangus@gmail.com and let us know.

Please allow time to sort through them before the sale.
Complimentary lunch will be served at 12:00 PM MST in kitchen area of the Dawes County Fairgrounds.
At 1:00 pm MST we will gather for the bidding.

Terms
SALE: The sale will be held at the Dawes County Fairgrounds at 1:00 MST on Friday, December 2, 2022.
VIEWING: Bulls and heifers will be located at 215 Pineview. They will be penned for easy viewing from 9:00 – 11:30. Videos will be linked on the website prior to the opening day. Please check www.jadangus.com for additional announcements and information.
PARTICIPATION: Multipleoptions:
1. Come look through the cattle and make your selections. Then join us at the fairgrounds at 1:00 MST. You can offer your bid as we proceed through the sale order.
2. Notify us of which lots you are interested in, and we will call you when that lot is being sold. You can bid live via telephone.
3. Leave your order with Ann or I and we will have someone bid in your absence. All bulls will be base priced at $3000. Heifers will be based at $1500.
Whether you attend in person, are on the phone, or leave your bid; this sale is conducted in a straightforward, transparent manner. Bids are never misused in any way and your trust is of utmost importance to us.
4. We are working an online option for you to participate in the sale. Please check the website for more information soon.
SEMEN INTEREST: John & Ann Dockweiler Angus will retain a semen interest in every bull selling.
DELIVERY: Bulls: The first 150 miles is free, remainder at cost. Heifers: At cost.
HEALTH: All bulls will have passed a semen test. The non-virgin bulls will be tested free of trichomoniasis. Heifers had Vision 7, Pyramid 5, and Endovac Beef at branding and were preconditioned with Pyramid 5 and Endovac Beef. They should be Bangs vaccinated prior to the sale.
GUARANTEE: The cattle sell as they are. This is what I expect and prefer when I buy livestock, and this is what I’m offering to you. Evaluate the risk and buy them for what they are worth. With that said, if there is something inherently wrong with one of them, let me know and we will attempt to make it right on a case-by-case basis.
FOOD: Ann will have coffee and rolls at the pens in the morning and will serve lunch at the fairgrounds.
LIABILITY: Anyone attending the sale does so at their own responsibility and risk, without liability on the part of the owners.
