The bulls will be located on the ranch at 215 Pineview Road.

Please allow time to sort through them before the sale.

At 12:00 pm MST we will gather at the kitchen area of the Dawes County Fairgrounds for the bidding.

Complimentary lunch will be served.

PRIVATE TREATY SALE:

VIEWING: Bulls will be located at 215 Pineview from now through Dec. 1. They will be penned for easy viewing from 9:00 – 11:30 MST on Friday Dec. 1.

SALE: The opening day sale will be held at the Dawes County Fairgrounds at 12:00 MST on Fri. Dec. 1

PARTICIPATION: Three options.

1. On Friday December 1, 2017 come look through the bulls and make your selections. Then join us at the fairgrounds at 12:00 MST and you can offer your bid as we proceed through the sale order.

2. Come, look, and select your bulls anytime. Notify us of which lots you are interested in and we will call you when that bull is being sold. You can raise your bid live via telephone.

3. Leave your order with Ann or I and we will have someone bid in your absence.

All bulls will be base priced at $2500. If two or more are interested in a bull we will raise the bid in $250 increments until the bull is sold. If you are the only person interested in the bull you may buy him at the base price.

DELIVERY: The first 500 miles is free, remainder at cost.

HEALTH: All bulls will have passed a semen test, be wormed, and poured. Every bull in the offering is a virgin.

GUARANTEE: If you are not satisfied I am not in business. If you are not satisfied for any reason prior to 11/1/2018 simply return the bull for full credit less $1000. No questions asked. Example: Purchase bull for $4000. Bull becomes unsatisfactory at some point. Return bull and receive credit for $3000 to be used towards a replacement. You must return the bull; mortality is not covered.
